Steps to make Braised Duck Meat with Abalone
- 1. Brush the abalone clean.
- 2. Then scrape off the green internal organs on the inside of the abalone with an iron spoon, as I am a beginner and cannot take photos.
- 3. Wash duck meat (self raised duck).
- 4. Then put the duck meat and abalone ginger slices together into a pressure cooker.
- 5. Add an appropriate amount of water.
- 6. Press for 15 minutes.
- When cooking, add some salt to season.
