- When the flocculent material becomes larger and the upper layer of the liquid becomes clearer, it can be placed on top of three layers of gauze for filtration
- 7. A six inch circular mold, wrapped in tin foil on the outside and lined with tin foil on the inside
- 8. Press the prepared cream firmly, take 100g, and add it together with two egg yolks
- 9. Add 60g of milk and 30g of low gluten powder and stir well
- 10. Stir until there are no large ones to complete the egg yolk paste
- 11. Beat two egg whites until they reach the fast hardening and foaming stage
