My boyfriend's friend came over to hang out with him over the weekend and insisted on trying out what I made. I heard it and tears welled up in my eyes~~I really don't know how to cook anything delicious~I cried~~And I really don't like someone watching me tinker around from time to time. I have developed a habit of completing one step in cooking or baking, wiping once, taking a picture of the steps, and then continuing to the next step in a loop. Do my boyfriend's friends think I am crazy< br>

Steps to make Blueberry Light Cheese Cake - Smooth and silky texture
- 1. Cream cheese softens at room temperature and can be softened with warm water in winter.
- 2. Add the egg yolk in portions, stir well each time, and then continue adding.
- 3. Add 40 grams of granulated sugar, 70 grams of milk, and 100 grams of yogurt and stir well.
- 4. Sift the low gluten flour and corn starch and mix well. (The sifted flour will not have particles)
- 5. Add melted and cooled butter and stir evenly
- After stirring evenly, the batter can be sieved again to make the taste smoother.
- 7. Add the remaining 30 grams of protein in portions and beat until it reaches a long bend.
- 8. Add one-third of the protein into the batter, stir evenly, and then pour the batter into the remaining two-thirds of the protein, stir evenly. (Remember not to stir the egg mixture clockwise like usual stir fried eggs, as this will cause the egg whites to defoam.)
- 9. Pour the cake batter into an 8-inch cake mold, gently brush the edges with butter, wrap the bottom of the mold with aluminum foil, and place it in a baking tray filled with water. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and bake for 60-70 minutes. (As you can see from this picture, there are no blueberries because I forgot to put them in, and I'm too lazy to take out the entire baking tray. Imagine my actions, I just threw blueberries one by one onto the baking tray, so it didn't look good haha.)
- 10. This picture is about taking out a cake from the oven~Isn't the faint yellow so tempting? Haha~
