Steps to make Desktop Lemon Shrimp
- 1. Wash the shrimp thoroughly, cut off the area above the head and eyes, and remove the shrimp pouch.
- 2. Cut off the shrimp whiskers and claws, make a small incision on the back, and pick out the sand line.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half.
- 4. Squeeze out the lemon juice and mix well with white sugar.
- 5. Peel the ginger and divide it into two parts, one cut into strips and the other cut into granules.
- 6. Place the ginger strips on top of the shrimp, add some white rum, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
- 7. Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces.
- 8. Cut the scallions into small pieces.
- 9. Heat up the pot and add oil. When the oil temperature is high, add ginger and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant, then add shrimp and white rum.
- 10. Add black pepper powder and stir fry.
- 11. Add scallions when stir frying quickly.
- 12. Finally, add lemon juice, stir fry well, and serve.
