Technique
Steps to make Braised pork
- 1. Take a picture of the finished product.
- 2. Cut the pork belly into small pieces, soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance and dice them, and chop the onions into small pieces.
- 3. Set aside star anise, cinnamon, and fragrant leaves.
- 4. Five spice powder for later use.
- 5. Dice garlic for later use.
- 6. Heat in an oil pan until it is almost cooked. Add corn oil and stir fry garlic until evenly cooked.
- 7. Pour in onions and stir fry together for one minute until fragrant.
- 8. Remove the onion, pour in the pork belly and stir fry.
- 9. Add rock sugar and stir fry together.
- 10. Add cinnamon, fragrant leaves, and star anise and stir fry together, adding five spice powder.
- 11. Pour in onions and stir fry together.
- 12. Pour in the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry together.
- 13. Take a small bowl, add water, light soy sauce, salt, and stir fry evenly.
- 14. Pour in and stir fry with pork belly.
- 15. Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- 16. Add two cooked eggs and continue to cook on low heat for 10 minutes
