Steps to make Taro Rice noodles Soup
- 1. Prepare ingredients: peel taro, soak Rice noodles, wash leeks, soak mushrooms, shrimp peel, pork.
- 2. Cut the chives into sections, pork, and shiitake mushrooms into thin strips.
- 3. Cut taro into thick pieces.
- 4. Heat up the oil in a hot pot, fry both sides of the taro for a while, and cook the soup to prevent it from rotting.
- 5. Fry until shown in the picture, then serve and set aside.
