Osaka yaki is a Japanese cuisine similar to Chinese egg pancakes. There are many ingredients to choose from for Osaka yaki, such as corn, peas, carrots, and also cabbage. I made a last-minute decision to make Osaka yaki without buying wooden fish flowers. Instead, I used meat floss and squeezed it with Guanli's medium spicy mustard sauce, which feels a bit like eating pizza. I cooked two portions in a 16cm small pot and it was just right.
