  • 1. Main ingredients: cornstarch, coconut milk (note that it is not the kind of coconut milk you usually drink, it is the kind of coconut milk specially used for cooking, usually available in imported food stores), granulated sugar
  • 2. First, pour the coconut milk into a large bowl (shake well before opening the jar), then add 400 milliliters of warm water (use an empty coconut milk bottle as a measuring vessel, one jar of coconut milk is exactly 400 milliliters), add 350 grams of fine sugar and a little salt, and stir well. Finally, slowly add the cornstarch while stirring
  • 3. Finally, divide into three portions, with two portions each containing food coloring
  • 4. Boil water, put the plate in when the water boils, and then use a spoon to pour the batter into the plate (remember that the batter will settle, be sure to stir it all the time). At the same time, use a toothpick to poke the bubbles on top, otherwise the steaming will be uneven.
  • 5. I use a large plate with a diameter of 28 centimeters at home. After about two minutes, when I open the lid and see that the batter becomes transparent, it is already cooked. Do not overdo it, otherwise bubbles will form. Be sure to dry the water droplets on the lid before covering it back. Layer by layer, when one layer becomes transparent, it indicates that it is cooked, and the second layer of batter can be added, and so on. I made twelve layers.
  • 6. It must be cooled before cutting, otherwise it will become sticky and thin.
  • 7. Look, the clear layers of coconut juice three color cake have been successfully made
