I have recently bought a lot of hawthorn and made hawthorn rolls, cyclamen flowers, and hawthorn fillings. Now, I have also made hawthorn flowers with beautiful colors, uniform thickness, and hawthorn rolls. Eating them after meals is helpful for digestion.

Steps to make Edible hawthorn flowers
- 1. Wash the hawthorn repeatedly, boil it in a pot for 3 to 5 minutes, let it cool, then easily remove the stem and bottom, and then remove the hawthorn pit. After processing the hawthorn, put it into a cooking machine, add an appropriate amount of water and stir until it becomes a paste.
- 2. After sieving the hawthorn puree, put it into a pot and stir repeatedly. Add an appropriate amount of white sugar and 1 lemon juice to continue stirring.
- 3. The water content is getting less and less, making it more viscous. When using a boiling scraper to extract the mountain slag mud, it forms a chamfer and drips down.
- 4. After cooling the hawthorn puree, use this scraper to apply it onto the back table (my home table is made of stainless steel) and let it air for a day.
- 5. The hawthorn skin is made very evenly and cut into long slices.
- 6. Cut the required size again, and take photos of bright areas with more beautiful colors.
- 7. Shuangcheng.
- Cut into a toothed shape.
- 9. Roll up and fix the bottom with a toothpick, presenting a beautiful and edible small red flower in front of you.
- 10. I made two pairs, which are both enjoyable and edible. Three hawthorns can be used for afternoon tea!
- 11. I also made hawthorn rolled fruit and red skin (without pigment added), so you can eat it with peace of mind.
