Although Christmas is a foreign holiday, life still requires a sense of ceremony, so I tinkered with making some Christmas cookies to give to lovely friends. Unexpectedly, their appearance was super high, crispy to the point of explosion, beautiful and delicious, and as a souvenir, they were super prestigious. Steps to make Christmas Cookies
- 1. Soften butter with powdered sugar.
- 2. Whisk at low speed until smooth, and at high speed until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands. Then add the whole egg mixture and stir evenly (electric mixer).
- 3. Sift in low gluten flour and matcha powder, and mix well with a scraper until there are no dry powder or particles.
- 4. Put it into a piping bag and squeeze out the cookie ring.
- 5. Put the squeezed cookies into the preheated middle layer of the oven and bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- 6. White chocolate melts in water, and half of the cookie is dipped in an appropriate amount of chocolate liquid.
