  • 1. Mix syrup, vegetable oil, and rice water well and mix well
  • 2. Sift in flour and milk powder, mix well and knead into dough

  • 4. Divide the bean paste and dough into small portions and knead them into balls. I made 50g mooncakes, which were divided into 20g of crust and 30g of filling
