Steps to make Caramel Cheese Pudding

  • 1. Mix milk, granulated sugar, cream cheese, and light cream evenly in a large bowl.
  • 2. Beat the eggs.
  • 3. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the milk slurry from step 1.
  • 4. Use a manual egg beater to stir evenly and make pudding liquid.
  • 5. Sift the pudding liquid 1-2 times.
  • 6. After sieving, let the pudding stand for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Pour the settled pudding liquid into the pudding bottle. Place the pudding bottle in the baking tray and pour hot water into it. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius and hold the middle layer for 30 minutes until the pudding has solidified.
  • 8. Finally, drizzle with caramel sauce.
