I have used this recipe several times and the bread I make is particularly soft. You can add various fillings and make a burger with ingredients. You can also shape the breadcrumbs into long strips and make them into hot dog bread. Alternatively, using it directly as a meal package is also a great choice. Whatever you like~

Steps to make Soft Burger Embryo

  • 1. First, put all the ingredients of the dough into the bread maker according to the method of liquid first and flour later. Start a dough kneading program on the bread machine. My bread machine and noodle function last for 13 minutes at a time.
  • 2. Put the good Zhongzhong noodles into a bowl and wrap it with plastic wrap. I'm lazy, so I just wrap the bread machine together. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for at least 17 hours. I refrigerated it for about 20 hours. I usually have to do it tonight, but I made it up last night.
  • 3. Refrigerated dough for one night will be 2-2.5 times larger than the original dough. Remove the dough from the bread maker and tear it into small pieces by hand. Put all the main dough ingredients except butter into the bread maker, and then add the torn seeds to activate a kneading function.
  • 4. When the dough mixing function is complete, add softened butter granules. Activate a kneading function, my bread machine's kneading function can be adjusted, and I adjusted it for 30 minutes.
  • After the kneading program is completed, cut a small piece of dough and use your hand to spread it open to check if the dough has been fully kneaded. If it is hand kneaded dough, it can only be kneaded until it expands, without the need to knead it into glove wrap.
  • 6. Knead the dough in the bread maker and let it sit in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Cold weather can activate the fermentation function of the bread machine. Fermentation is carried out.
  • When the dough is fermented to 2-2.5 times its size, it can be used. You can dip your fingers in some flour and insert it into the middle of the dough. If the dent area is as large as a finger and recovers slowly, it indicates that the dough has fermented.
  • 8. Remove the dough and press to exhaust it, or activate the bread machine and noodle function to exhaust it. I directly used a rolling pin to roll out the exhaust.
  • 9. Divide the dough after exhaust into five parts. Roll it round, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 15 minutes.
  • 10. Exhale the relaxed dough and knead it into a round shape, then place it on a baking tray. Cover with a safety film and let it ferment in a warm place until it is twice the size of the original dough.
  • 11. Drop the egg yolk liquid into a few drops of milk and stir evenly. Brush on the fermented bread and sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top.
  • 12. Place the baking tray in the preheated middle layer of the oven, over high and low heat, at 170 degrees Celsius, and bake for 20 minutes. Cover the surface of the bread with tin foil if the color is satisfactory.
  • 13. Immediately take out the baked bread and place it on a grill to cool. After cooling, seal and store it.
  • 14. You can cut it open and add your favorite ingredients, and a seasoned burger will make a grand appearance~
  • 15. You can also shape the breadcrumbs into long elliptical strips to make hot dog breadcrumbs.
  • 16. Cut open the middle part of the bread, add your favorite ingredients, and serve a hot dog with ingredients~
