Steps to make Spicy Green Bean
- 1. Wash the green beans thoroughly, break them into your favorite segments, and if the beans you buy are too old, tear off the bean tendons.
- 2. Boil a pot of water.
- 3. After boiling the water, put the green beans down and cook them until they are raw. The reason for boiling them once is to prevent uneven cooking if stir fried. You don't need to cook them for too long, just boil them until they are raw, because they will still be stir fried later.
- 4. Take out the boiled seasonal beans and put them on a plate for later use.
- 5. Heat the oil in a hot pot.
- 6. Pour in blanched green beans and stir fry.
- 7. Stir fry until cooked or charred until wrinkled.
- 8. Stir fry and sprinkle in barbecue powder and chili noodles.
- I usually use salt and pepper powder and cumin powder, but this time I happen to have no salt and pepper powder. Chili noodles are the kind of seasoned chili noodles, not pure chili noodles.
