Steps to make Braised Chicken with Chestnuts

  • Chestnuts were previously frozen and peeled in the refrigerator. Make a cut on the chestnuts, boil for 5 minutes and let them simmer for another 10 minutes, and the shells will easily peel off.
  • 2. Cut scallions into long sections, ginger into slices, and garlic into large chunks.
  • 3. Chop the chicken legs into pieces and rinse off the blood.
