Steps to make Carp Tofu Soup - A Must Do for Babies
- 1. Wash the crucian carp thoroughly.
- 2. Heat up a frying pan, add a small amount of oil, and put in the crucian carp.
- 3. Fry until both sides turn golden brown. (During the frying process, the heat should not be too low, and it is advisable to switch between medium and high heat to turn both sides golden brown.) Then add scallion slices and ginger slices in sequence.
