Steps to make Coconut Juice Curry Shrimp
- 1. Cut the shrimp on the back and remove the shrimp intestines
- 2. Cut onions, garlic, red peppers, and tomatoes finely
- 3. Eggs and curry powder
- 4. Coconut milk and butter
- 5. Put butter in a pot and heat it up
- 6. Fry the shrimp until both sides turn golden brown, then remove and set aside
- 7. Stir fry red pepper, garlic, and curry powder in the original pot until fragrant
- 8. Add onions and tomatoes and stir fry over low heat until the curry aroma comes out
- 9. Add wine, sugar, salt, vinegar, coconut milk, and water and stir fry evenly
- 10. Slightly drain all the broth
- 11. Add fried shrimp and stir fry
- 12. Add the beaten egg mixture and simmer for three minutes before serving
