Steps to make Sweet and Nourishing - Braised Pork Bone with Cordyceps Flower
- 1. Slightly wash the pork bones and soak them in clean water for 1 hour. The water can be changed several times in between.
- 2. Wash and drain the cordyceps flowers, and cut the corn into small pieces.
- 3. Put pork bones, corn, cordyceps flowers, and ginger slices into a soup pot, pour in sufficient water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- 4. Skim off the foam and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.
- 5. Add an appropriate amount of salt and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
