Steps to make Cold mixed purple eggplant
- 1. Remove both ends of the eggplant and wash thoroughly.
- 2. Cut open from the middle and cut into long segments.
- 3. Put it into a plate and steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.
- 4. Cut the chili peppers in half and into long sections.
- 5. Cut it into small pieces and add salt to taste.
- 6. Add fermented soybeans and sesame oil and mix well.
