- 1. Wash the carrots and cut them into pieces, then juice them.

- 5. Start the imix program again and continue kneading for 15 minutes. It can pull out very tough thin films.
- 6. Collect the round dough, put it into a large bowl, and cover it with cling film for fermentation.
- 7. Fermentation at room temperature to a size of 2-2.5 times.
- 8. Take out and press the exhaust, divide it into 8 equal parts, and roll them separately. Cover with cling film and let it relax for 20 minutes.
- 9. Take a portion of dough, knead it into a droplet shape, flatten it, roll it out, hold the bottom with one hand, and slowly roll it out with the other.
