This shrimp cannot be assigned a nationality, so we used red curry from Thailand, the most sweet and spicy Korean chili sauce, and tomato sauce. The taste is slightly spicy, sour, and sweet, with a hint of curry aroma inside. It is definitely a killer of rice and a great dish to pair with a glass of wine. Using locally produced fresh sea shrimp, there is no need to pick out the shrimp line, which is the unique charm of our local beach.
