  • 1. Separate egg yolk and egg white! Manual sorting does not require a separator!

  • 3. For the first time adding sugar, use an electronic egg beater to make large bubbles and add 20% white sugar!
  • 4. For this consistency, add 20 grams of white sugar and add it a second time
  • 5. Add 20g of white sugar for the third time
  • 6. Use an egg beater to continue beating, I won't be able to undo the bowl, that's all! Put it in the refrigerator and wait for use!
  • 7. Egg yolks do not need to be beaten, add 30 grams of white sugar! Stir well!
  • 8. Prepare 40 grams of oil, preferably corn oil or sunflower kernel oil! Oil and milk can be added simultaneously! (Milk can be replaced with water)
  • 9. Add low gluten powder and do not stir in a circular shape. Stir from bottom to top!
