Steps to make Steamed white fish head
- 1. Remove the scales, gills, and intestines of the fish, and wash them thoroughly. Prepare onions and ginger.
- 2. Cut the fish in pairs and make several cuts on its body, then apply salt inside and outside.
- 3. Put some ginger slices on the fish and pour in cooking wine.
- 4. Bring the water to a boil and steam over water for 3 minutes.
- 5. Pour out the water from the steaming fish bowl.
- 6. Steam for another 10 minutes, let it sit for 2 minutes, remove the ginger slices, and discard the steamed fish juice.
- 7. Sprinkle some chicken essence and pour an appropriate amount of steamed fish and soy sauce.
- 8. Place shredded ginger on the fish.
- 9. Place shredded scallions on top.
- 10. Just pour hot oil on it.
