Steps to make Cheese Qi Feng Cake
- 1. Prepare materials.
- 2. Cream cheese with butter and milk, melt over water.
- 3. After air drying, add 3 egg yolks.
- 4. Add sifted flour and corn starch twice.
- 5. Stir evenly.
- 6. Add an appropriate amount of tata powder to the protein and make a large bubble, then add 1/3 of sugar.
