Steps to make Cheese Qi Feng Cake

  • 1. Prepare materials.
  • 2. Cream cheese with butter and milk, melt over water.
  • 3. After air drying, add 3 egg yolks.
  • 4. Add sifted flour and corn starch twice.
  • 5. Stir evenly.
  • 6. Add an appropriate amount of tata powder to the protein and make a large bubble, then add 1/3 of sugar.
  • 7. Add the remaining sugar in three portions and beat until stiff and foamy.
  • Divide the egg whites into three parts and stir them into the mayonnaise.
  • 9. Mix the two completely and pour into a 6-inch mold at 145 degrees Celsius for 45-55 minutes.
