I really like Portuguese egg tarts. I once tried the famous Malijia egg tarts in Macau and they tasted really good. I've tried this recipe several times and it's quite delicious. Although it can't compare to Portuguese tarts in Macau, the taste is much better than those in cake shops outside. Why not give it a try,

Steps to make Portuguese egg tarts
- 1. Roll a thousand layers of puff pastry into rolls and cut them into small pieces about 1cm thick,
- 2. Use your fingers to press along the egg tart mold,
- 3. The bottom must be thin, as long as it is not broken, try to be as thin as possible,
- 4. All done well, this is the amount for 6 egg tarts,
- 5. Mix all the ingredients together, and the flour must be sieved to prevent clumping,
- 6. Stir evenly and sieve twice to make it more delicate. Pour it into the egg tart skin and make it 6% full. The upper layer should be at 220 ℃ and the lower layer at 210 ℃ for about 25 minutes,
