    • 1. Remove the roots of shepherd's purse, wash it several times, and clean it thoroughly. Be sure to wash it clean, there is a lot of shepherd's purse puree.
    • Mix 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of white sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt for 2.80g of meat filling and marinate for 15 minutes.
    • 3. Boil a pot of water, add 2 teaspoons of salt, add shepherd's purse, cook for 20 seconds, then remove and immediately rinse with cold water. Rinse several times with cold water.

Take a piece of cornmeal, press it into a pancake in your hand, and then add an appropriate amount of filling. Hold both hands in a bowl shape, press down with both thumbs, and tuck the other fingers in until they are all on top. If there are any leaks, you can use a new pancake to make up for them slightly.
