Steps to make Salty green balls
- 1. Cut the filling into small cubes and set aside.
- 2. Add onions and stir fry until fragrant.
- 3. Add chicken and stir fry until dispersed and discolored.
- 4. Add diced dried tofu and bamboo shoots, stir fry and season, cool and set aside.
- 5. Wash the mugwort, boil it in boiling water for one minute, then add cold water to cool it down and remove any astringency.
- 6. Squeeze out the water, cut several times and add water to the blender to make a sauce.
- Mix all the flour, sugar, and juice together and knead into a smooth dough.
- 8. Divide into small balls of 50g.
- 9. Pinch into a bowl shape, fill with filling, and seal.
- 10. Add oil paper and steam in hot water for 10 minutes to enjoy the delicious taste.
