Steps to make Salty green balls

  • 1. Cut the filling into small cubes and set aside.
  • 2. Add onions and stir fry until fragrant.
  • 3. Add chicken and stir fry until dispersed and discolored.
  • 4. Add diced dried tofu and bamboo shoots, stir fry and season, cool and set aside.
  • 5. Wash the mugwort, boil it in boiling water for one minute, then add cold water to cool it down and remove any astringency.
  • 6. Squeeze out the water, cut several times and add water to the blender to make a sauce.

  • 8. Divide into small balls of 50g.
