Steps to make Stewed yam with pig trotters

  • 1. Chop the pig trotters into pieces and soak them for a while, then change the water twice.
  • 2. Rinse the pot with water again, add a bottle cap of cooking wine, and open fire to prepare for blanching.
  • 3. Bring the fire to a boil and hold for two minutes.
  • 4. After blanching, pour out the blood and wash the pig's trotters. Crush the ginger and cut it into large pieces, then take a small piece of cinnamon.
