Red milk cubes

1. Prepare materials

2. Mash the dragon fruit and mix well with cornstarch

3. Pour the milk into the pot, add light cream and white sugar, and stir while boiling

4. After boiling the milk in the pot, add the dragon fruit mixture and stir quickly over low heat. When the liquid in the pot becomes increasingly viscous, similar to a paste, turn off the heat

5. Spread a layer of coconut milk on the bottom of the box, pour in dragon fruit milk, and when it cools down, cover it with a lid and refrigerate it in the refrigerator

6. After refrigeration overnight, invert and sprinkle with coconut milk

7. Cut it into pieces
