Steps to make Pineapple jelly

  • 1. First, let's talk about the origin of pineapple syrup. Mix the sliced pineapple with sugar and marinate for at least 6 hours. Place the marinated pineapple on the stove and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour
  • 2. Boiled pineapple, let it stand at room temperature overnight, filter out the sugar juice, that's it, not picked up
  • 3. Pineapple syrup, fish gelatin powder, coconut paste
  • 4. Boil the pineapple syrup over low heat
  • 5. Fish gelatin powder
  • 6. Cook the fish gelatin powder until it completely dissolves
  • 7. Put it on a plate and cool it down before placing it in the refrigerator
  • 8. Take it out overnight and see if it has a mirror like appearance
  • 9. Take a slightly hot plate of water, rotate the plate containing pineapple jelly inside, and remove it from the mold
  • 10. Cut the jelly into your favorite shape and sprinkle it with small coconut milk (it's okay if you don't put it in)
