Steps to make Pork rib rice cake
- Soak the rice cake in warm water for several hours, drain the water, and fry in oil until both sides turn golden brown. Set aside for later use
- 2. Soak the pork ribs in clean water, rinse thoroughly, drain off excess water, add ginger, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and five spice powder, mix well and marinate until flavorful
