- 1. Prepare the raw materials (not flour yeast)

The basic softness and hardness are similar, and the dryness and thinness should be adjusted according to the specific situation.
- 3. Knead the bread into a ball using a bread machine
- 4. Add about a tablespoon of olive oil
- 5. Fermentation to double the size
- 6. Take out the exhaust and knead it into a ball
- I used two fifths of the dough to make Focacha, and baked the rest into its original flavor (without taking photos)
