Steamed Agate Eggs

1. Prepare materials.

2. Cut Century egg into small dice, and try to use more egg white of Century egg and less egg yolk.

3. Punch a large hole in the eggshell and remove the egg film inside.

4. Put some diced Century egg into it.

5. Wrap the entire egg in cling film.

Steam in a pot for 10 minutes, then remove the shell when cooked.
