Steps to make Vinegar Dried Cabbage

  • 1. Cut the cabbage into pieces, wash and drain the water
  • 2. Prepare scallions, dried red chili peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns
  • 3. Blanch the cabbage chunks and remove them from the water. Drain the water and set aside for later use
