- 1. Main raw materials.
- 2. Tear the gluten into walnut sized pieces by hand.
- 3. Blanch the gluten to remove its own oil.
- 4. Wash the blanched gluten several times and squeeze out the excess water for later use.
- 5. Prepare sweet bean sauce and scallions and ginger.
- 6. Put oil in the pot, fry the large chunks until fragrant, and add scallions and ginger skewers to the pot.
- 7. Add sweet bean sauce and stir fry until fragrant.
- 8. Add soy sauce, white sugar, and beef soup, and bring to a boil.
