Steps to make Mapo tofu
- 1. Prepare a piece of tofu and Pixian Douban Sauce.
- 2. Prepare ginger powder, water starch powder, and chopped scallions. If you like a strong flavor, you can prepare a small piece of hot pot seasoning.
- 3. Heat up the oil and add a spoonful of Pixian Douban Sauce and hot pot seasoning.
