Steps to make Roasted chicken legs
- 1. Prepare the ingredients
- 2. Wash and drain the chicken legs, and use a toothpick to prick some small holes on the chicken legs
- 3. Use dark soy sauce to evenly apply color inside and outside
- 4. Add salt, ginger, garlic, scallions, cooking wine, five spice powder, honey and other seasonings
- 5. Rub it a few times to make it taste good, then put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for one night
- 6. Take out the chicken legs and place them on the grill,
- 7. Put it into a preheated oven, heat it up and down at 190 degrees Celsius, and bake for 20 minutes
- 8. Take it out and brush it with honey,
- 9. Return to the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 5 minutes
