Steps to make Taro Babao Congee
- 1. Wash peanuts, red beans, Job's tears, and black rice thoroughly.
- 2. Soak red dates 10 minutes in advance, wash green beans, glutinous rice, and millet clean and set aside.
- 3. Wash and peel the taro, cut it into small pieces for later use.
- 4. Put 1000 milliliters of cold water into the pot, first put peanuts, red beans, Job's tears, and black rice into the pot, and cook for 30 minutes.
- 5. Add taro, red dates, glutinous rice, mung beans and millet, cover the pot and continue to cook with the Congee button.
