Steps to make Autumn pear paste

  • 1. After cleaning the pear, peel and core it, and cut it into small pieces. It is recommended to choose snowflake pear for autumn pear ointment, as snowflake pear has the effects of clearing the heart, moistening the lungs, relieving cough, and sobering up!
  • 2. Put the pear into the blender and crush it.
  • 3. Break Siraitia grosvenorii and prepare Fritillaria cirrhosa. If you like a sweeter taste, you can add rock sugar and cook it together, or add honey when the autumn pear paste is cooked and not too hot. Personally, I think the sweetness of pears is just right, so I didn't add any extra rock sugar or honey.
  • 4. Put the broken siraitia grosvenorii and fritillaria fritillaria into the pear puree and boil them in high heat, then turn to low heat and slowly cook for 30 minutes. It is recommended that you use a slightly larger casserole, which is used to clear Congee everyday.
