Steps to make Homemade yogurt
- 1. Prepare a small pot with pure milk, yogurt, water, and sugar.
- 2. Wash the pudding bottle thoroughly, blanch it with boiling water, sterilize and air dry for later use.
- 3. Add water and sugar to the pot, and dissolve the sugar over low heat.
- 4. After the water boils, turn off the heating and cool down.
- Slowly add milk at 5.60 ℃ and let the temperature drop below 45 ℃. Then add yogurt and stir well.
- 6. Bottle sequentially and cover with a lid.
- 7. Put the rice cooker in, add an appropriate amount of water, heat it to about 45 ℃, and keep it warm for 6 hours.
- 8. It can be made into mango yogurt.
- 9. It can be paired with various fruits for a delicious taste.
