Steps to make Homemade yogurt

- 2. Prepare ingredients: 450ml of pure milk, 100ml of Guanyi lactic acid milk, and 40g of fine sugar.
- 3. Pour pure milk into a measuring cup, add fine sugar, and stir well.
- 4. Add Guanyi lactic acid milk to pure milk and stir evenly.
- 5. Sieve three times and cannot be omitted.
- 6. Glass containers can be cleaned and disinfected at high temperatures, either by steaming or boiling. Pour the milk into a glass container and cover it with a lid.
- 7. Place the glass container containing milk in the Korean Kuchen rice cooker and add purified water as shown in the picture.
- 8. Select yogurt mode and turn it on.
- 9. Fermentation time is 8 hours.
- 10. Good yogurt is ready! Open the lid and tilt it to see if it doesn't flow.
- 11. Take out the yogurt and refrigerate it in the refrigerator. Before consumption, you can pair it with your favorite fruit cookies to make a great afternoon tea.
