Steps to make Yangzhi Ganlu
- 1. Prepare all ingredients
- 2. Boil the water in the pot and pour in the small sago
- 3. Cook until there is a small white spot in the center, then turn off the heat
- 4. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until transparent
- 5. Take out the cooked sago through a sieve, put it in cold water and let it cool for later use
- 6. Peel and dice mangoes, reserve 1/3 for decoration and reserve for later use
- 7. Pour 2/3 of mangoes with coconut milk and light cream into a cooking cup
- 8. Beat until smooth and thick
- 9. Pour into a cup and then add the cooled sago
- 10. Take an appropriate amount of grapefruit flesh (PS: found that grapefruit should be cut horizontally for better appearance)
