  • 1. Prepare raw materials in advance. Only with good ingredients can we make good food
  • 2. Pour clean water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Then pour the sago into the pot and stir continuously. The most complex way to make Yangzhi Ganlu is to boil sago because it is sticky and requires constant stirring
  • 3. During the cooking of sago, it needs to be continuously stirred. This is about 3 minutes of sago, and there is still a lot of white hard core
  • 4. This is about 7 minutes of sago, which is quite active in the pot, but it still needs to be stirred continuously, causing the water in the pot to become cloudy
  • 5. This is about 15 minutes of sago, with almost no white core left. Put the cooked sago into ice water and cut the mango along the core. The remaining white core will disappear on its own
  • 6. Cut the mango along the mango core and chew on it: Method for selecting mangoes: Press the stem of the mango, it can be pressed down to indicate that the mango is ripe; Don't choose mangoes with blackened skin. Mango flesh with blackened skin is not sweet. If you really choose mangoes that are not sweet, you can also use sugar to make up for it
  • 7. Cut 1/3 of the mango into diced mangoes

  • 11. Then add pomelo, diced mango, mango puree, and milk in sequence
  • 12. Mix all ingredients evenly and refrigerate for 2 hours in the refrigerator for the best taste
