Steps to make Gift to Dad~Sandpot Fish Head Tofu
- 1. Clean the scales and inner black film of the fish head, marinate it with cooking wine and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- 2. Cut ginger into sections, slice garlic, shred cucumber, and cut tofu into pieces for later use.
