Steps to make Teriyaki Chicken Rice

  • 1. Prepare ingredients.
  • 2. Remove the fascia from the chicken breast.

  • 4. Marinate with pepper, cooking wine, and salt for 15 minutes, gently massage during the process to better absorb.
  • 5. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and fry the chicken over low heat.
  • 6. Flip over and continue to fry until cooked until both sides turn golden brown.
  • 7. Add Zhao Shao Juice, half a bowl of water, and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 8. Thick soup is sufficient.
