Steps to make Purple Potato Cake
- 1. Wash the purple sweet potatoes thoroughly and steam them before peeling them.
- 2. Peel and crush the purple sweet potatoes, add flour (sugar can be added if you like sweeter ones), and continue to knead evenly (in one direction). This one has a milky aroma even after adding some milk
- 3. Look at the portions and divide them equally.
- 4. The mung bean filling that is cooked very badly can actually be any filling, and some people even add cheese.
- 5. Roll the purple sweet potatoes into a skewered shape, put filling in the middle, then close the mouth, knead them into a round shape, and slowly knead them into a skewered cake shape.
