Adding insult to injury will make the cleaned container re stick with bacteria, which is not conducive to the formation of yogurt; First, pour half of the milk into the bucket, and then pour the yogurt bacteria into it;
  • 3. Pour all the remaining milk into the bucket; Pouring milk twice is because yogurt bacteria will form clumps and not easily disperse after being added to the milk. When pouring milk again, the impact force will break the clumps and dissolve them; But still use chopsticks that have been scalded with boiling water to stir evenly; It doesn't matter if there is foam on the surface. If you prick it with chopsticks, the milk surface will be smooth and clean;
  • 4. Put the bread bucket into the toaster and cover it with the inner lid; If the bread maker does not have an inner cover and there are small holes on the inner cover, it can release the steam generated during the yogurt making process, so there will be no water droplets on the surface of the yogurt;
  • 5. Close the outer cover. I am using the Dongling JD08 bread maker, which has a dedicated yogurt program. Follow the instructions to select it, and it defaults to 6 hours; This can be done at night or early in the morning; Doing it at night and waking up early in the morning will result in solidified yogurt; Do it early in the morning, and you can also drink plain yogurt after work;
  • 6.
