Steps to make Fish flavored shredded pork
- 1. Cut shredded meat and mix with 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of fresh soy sauce to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2. Shred carrots, black fungus, and green peppers for later use.
- 3. Cut ginger, garlic, scallions, and scallions into small pieces and set aside.
- Mix 4.3 spoons of cooking wine, 3 spoons of delicious soy sauce, 2 spoons of aged vinegar, 3 spoons of white sugar, 150ml of water, and an appropriate amount of salt to make a fish flavored sauce.
- Mix 5.80ml of water, 2 spoons of chicken essence, 2 spoons of monosodium glutamate, and 2 spoons of cornstarch into cornstarch sauce for later use.
- 6. Heat the oil in a hot pot and stir fry the shredded meat until it is half cooked. Remove and set aside (about 1 minute).
