Steps to make Pan fried pork tenderloin
- 1. Cut the pork loin into 1.5 cm thick slices.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 3. Put vinegar, light cream, kalvfond, and water into a bowl and mix well.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pork tenderloin.
- 5. Fry and color both sides for about 3 minutes.
- 6. Turn down the heat, pour in the mixed cream sauce, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, you can add some water appropriately.
