Steps to make Sixi Dumplings
- 1. Cut carrots, sweet corn, peas, and black fungus (already soaked) into small pieces.

- 3. Add an appropriate amount of filling to the dumpling wrapper, which should be less than the usual filling used for making dumplings. Do not wrap too much and leave some space to fill with four-color vegetables.
- 4. First pinch diagonally, then pinch the dumpling skin into four corner cavities, fill them with filling, and press them tightly with chopsticks.
